Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once the goods have left our warehouse, the order cannot be cancelled. For bulk orders, cancellation terms as per the individual contract apply.
We accept returns for damaged or defective products within 7 days of delivery. The products must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Once received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Custom-ordered electrical equipment, cut wires, and specially imported items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective upon arrival.
